Alpine Meadows at Palisades Tahoe

Alpine Meadows at Palisades Tahoe ski resort is recognized world-wide for its diverse terrain and spectacular Lake Tahoe views. It also offers the longest season of any Lake Tahoe ski resort with 400 inches of annual snowfall. Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA , now Palisades Tahoe, offer a combined season pass. Visitors have access to more than 2,400 acres, two mountain peaks, 13 lifts, and over 100+ trails. Each resort will maintain its individual character, which means Alpine Meadows’ relaxed and easygoing atmosphere will continue to charm locals and visitors alike.
Visitors to Alpine Meadows can unwind by the fireplace or grab a bite to eat at one of two beautiful lodges—one at the base and another at mid-mountain. The base lodge serves as the resort’s main hub, offering rentals and repairs, a children’s ski and snowboard center, a play area, and six dining options. A favorite guest activity is the Alpine Chalet Experience, which features a snowcat ride to the Mid-Mountain Chalet for a four-course gourmet meal.
Starting at an elevation of 8,637 feet, Alpine Meadows offers a well-rounded experience for everyone, from blood-pumping advanced runs and seven open bowls to gentle, cruising trails. The resort’s 13 lifts provide access to 100 designated runs and three challenging terrain parks spread across 2,400 patrolled acres. To see real-time conditions, check out the Alpine Meadows webcams for views of the freshest powder. Families will also appreciate the children’s center, complete with lessons, snow tubing, and a mini-terrain park.
