Relax in Drunken Monkeys unique lounge setting while enjoying Asian-style tapas and sushi, sake, beer and wine. The staff prides themselves on being punctual as well as knowledgeable about the food and beverages. You can choose to sit in the main dining area, the Sake bar, or Sushi bar. The omakase, or chef’s choice, always comes highly recommended. Chef Sam Okamoto is a veteran in the food industry who learned the art of sushi from his father, an acclaimed sushi chef in Kokura, Kyushu Japan.
